In the 5th course we learnt a lot about the UK. The United Kingdom is formed by 4 countries:
THE UK= ENGLAND + SCOTLAND + WALES + NORTHERN IRELAND
In class we made a poster with the 4 countries, the capital cities, the flags and some important monuments and cities. Have a look and try to learn about the UK.

GOING SHOPPING AT SCHOOL
The 4th course pupils go shopping in class!! They are clients and shop assistants. They go to different shops; baker´s, butcher´s, bookshop, clothes shop, sport shop, pet shop, supermarket and their favourite one: the sweet shop!!
They have some money so they can buy lots of things.

SAINT PATRICK´S DAY
Last Monday 17th we celebrated St Patrick. We did different activities in class. We told the story of St Patrick, the importance of this festivity for Irish and some legends about it.
The 2nd cycle dressed up as LEPRECHAUN. They were very goodlooking!!
The 3rd cycle played St Patrick´s games. In teams, we painted shamrocks on our partners´ face, we played musical chairs, completed puzzles... We had a great time!
